We are looking for a full time Elite Landscape Project Engineer to join our team in Clovis, CA.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Engineer is responsible to assist with project management and contract administration and is considered a Project Manager in training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must have landscape and construction experience.
- Able to deliver professionally written and verbal correspondences with customers, vendors and employees.
- Effective listening skills to understand what our customers are looking for as a contractor and/or a subcontractor.
- Detail oriented, able to multi-task and flexible
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and spec’s
- The ability to communicate the needs of our customers to our employees.
- Have a positive attitude when faced with challenges.
- Team-oriented, cooperative and collaborative
- Able to work both, independently and as part of a team
- Work in an organized and proactive manner.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF
- Strong verbal, written and persuasive skills to motivate teams; work effectively with diverse groups
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have landscape and construction experience. One (1) year minimum experience as an Estimator and/or related industry administrative role.

Responsible to prepare, coordinate and monitor the documentation and reporting required for the implementation, execution and completion of all assigned jobs according to signed job contracts and Elite’s established procedures.
